Applied Intuition合同会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）その他の適用法令を遵守して、個人情報を取り扱います。

本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）その他の当社の事業活動に関連して、当社が本サービスの利用者その他の当社が個人情報を取得する皆様（以下「お客様」といいます。）の個人情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。本プライバシーポリシーで使用する用語は、別段の定めがない限り、個人情報保護法の定義に拠ることとします。

  • コンプライアンスおよび保護
    • 適用法令、正当な要請および法的プロセスに従うため（召喚状または政府機関からの要請への対応を含みます。）
    • 当社、お客様または第三者の権利、プライバシー、安全または財産を保護するため（法的請求の提起および防御を含みます。）
    • 法令、契約上の義務および社内ポリシーの遵守状況を監査するため
    • サイバー攻撃やなりすましを含む、詐欺的、有害、不正、不適切または違法な活動を防止、特定、調査および抑止するため

2. 個人データの第三者提供

当社は、上記第1項に定める利用目的を達成するために、お客様の同意に基づき、お客様の個人データを、以下を含む第三者（以下「提供先」といいます。）に提供することがあります。

  • 関係会社：当社の現在または将来の関係会社（当社を支配し、当社に支配され、または当社と共通の支配下にある法人をいいます。）

また、当社は、上記第1項に定める利用目的を達成するために、個人データの取扱業務を第三者に委託することがあり、これに伴って当該第三者（以下「委託先」といいます。）に個人データを提供することがあります。この場合、当社は、委託先に対し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

3. 外国に所在する第三者への個人データの提供

上記第2項に定める提供先には、以下の国に所在する第三者も含まれます。

  • 米国
  • ドイツ
  • 韓国
  • スウェーデン

提供先は、その所在する国の個人情報保護に関する法規制を遵守しています。

また、上記第2項に定める委託先には、日本以外の国に所在する第三者も含まれます。この場合、当社は、委託先が個人情報保護法に基づき求められる基準に適合する体制を整備していることを確認しています。基準適合体制の整備方法その他の内容については、下記第6項記載のメールアドレスまでお問い合わせください。

4. 個人データの安全管理措置

当社は、お客様の個人データについて、その安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。当社が講じる安全管理措置の内容については、下記第6項記載のメールアドレスまでお問い合わせください。

5. 保有個人データに関する開示等の請求

お客様は、当社所定の手続に従って、お客様本人が識別される保有個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加または削除、利用停止・消去または第三者への提供の停止を請求することができます。また、お客様は、当社所定の手続に従って、お客様本人が識別される個人データに係る第三者提供記録の開示を請求することができます。

Privacy Policy

Applied Intuition GK (hereinafter "the Company") handles personal information in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter "APPI") and all other applicable laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company handles the personal information of users of the services provided by the Company (hereinafter "the Services") and all other individuals from whom the Company collects personal information in connection with its business activities (hereinafter "Customers"). Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them under the APPI.

1. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses Customers' personal information to the extent necessary to fulfill the following purposes:

Provision of the Services

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and ensure the security of the Services

Communication with Customers

  • To send notifications regarding administrative matters, including changes to the Company's Terms of Use and policies
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries, requests, and feedback from Customers

Improvement of the Services

  • To improve the Services and develop new features
  • To personalize the user experience of those using the Services
  • To generate and obtain anonymized or aggregated data and insights

Marketing and Advertising

  • To send notifications regarding special promotions, benefits, events, and similar matters via email or other means

Compliance and Protection

  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations, lawful requests, and legal processes (including responding to subpoenas and requests from government authorities)
  • To protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of the Company, Customers, or third parties (including the institution and defense of legal claims)
  • To audit compliance with laws and regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies
  • To prevent, detect, investigate, and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, inappropriate, or unlawful activities, including cyberattacks and identity fraud

2. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

In order to fulfill the purposes set forth in Section 1, the Company may, with the consent of the relevant Customer, disclose that Customer's personal data to the following third parties (hereinafter "Recipients"):

  • Affiliated Companies: Current or future affiliates of the Company (meaning any legal entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company)

In addition, the Company may engage third parties (hereinafter "Processors") to process personal data on its behalf in order to fulfill the purposes set forth in Section 1, and may provide personal data to such Processors accordingly. In such cases, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate oversight over the relevant Processors.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties Located in Foreign Countries

The Recipients referred to in Section 2 may include third parties located in the following countries:

  • United States of America
  • Federal Republic of Germany
  • Republic of Korea
  • Kingdom of Sweden

For information regarding the personal information protection frameworks of each of the above countries, please refer to the relevant reference materials provided by the Company.

Recipients comply with the laws and regulations governing the protection of personal information in their respective countries of location.

Furthermore, the Processors referred to in Section 2 may include third parties located in countries other than Japan. In such cases, the Company confirms that such Processors have established systems that satisfy the standards required under the APPI. 4. Security Management Measures for Personal Data

The Company implements necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the secure management of Customers' personal data. For details regarding the security management measures implemented by the Company, please contact the Company at the email address set forth in Section 6 below.

5. Requests for Disclosure of Retained Personal Data

In accordance with the procedures established by the Company, Customers may request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of the content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision with respect to retained personal data by which the relevant Customer is identified. Customers may also request, in accordance with the procedures established by the Company, disclosure of records of third-party provision relating to personal data by which the relevant Customer is identified.

The Company shall respond to such requests in accordance with the APPI. For details regarding the specific procedures for making such requests, please contact the Company at the email address set forth in Section 6 below.
